#revengequitting would I love to tell off my horrible manager for micromanaging, arguing with me every time we meet, call her out on unethical behavior? Absolutely… but it won’t change a thing. She will probably get promoted to the next level because the good managers will leave in this round only to te--orize her next victims, aka her reports. Use your gut feeling- you probably already know what you want to do and are looking for validation. Go with it.
