There have been so many better paying jobs in better companies than Intel where I could be working, I wish I could apply for other outside Intel job 😕😐😑 ....

... BUT as as 🙈😢😭 BONDED LABORER who was relocated by Intel I am required to stay at Intel for minimum period.

So still counting days and waiting for few more months to pass...

Each time I apply for a job outside Intel, I get one within 2 to 3 weeks. It is easier for me to get a job outside Intel than at Intel.

At Intel I have tried to get an internal transfer. So far they prefer those with Intel experience of bull$hitting and stupid Intel ways of working without getting anything done, with a focus on pushing excel and PowerPoint crap. #losers

Getting vertical upgraded job is punishment, doing a more stressful job in higher grade with same pay.. they advertise job as one title, but will not change it when they hire you... Then why would I stay at Intel when outside I can get 40% raise, better job title, in a better company, better benefits

Person arriving late could have attended early morning meetings and worked from home. Parking and traffic is not always conducive to coming into the office. You don't even know how many multiple jobs or projects they are handling at the same time.

Some people attend late night calls or work , could be leaving early to take care of personal things in order to spend several hours at night working.

Just showing up to time in the office is not indication of productivity or efficiency.

If so many have crossed, why are they still negotiating?? Everything is rosy, right?? lol!! NOT!!! Verizon is going to have so many lawsuits up their asswhen this mess is over, they won't be able to sh-- for years!!! They have been lying to the public from day ONE!!! I don't believe anything they say! I haven't seen one shred of proof of anyone crossing, but I have seen lots of you scabs killing yourselves trying to do our work, and putting the public in danger.
