Yes, the top sounds like a company man, but the bottom sound like people that don't even have a G.E.D. but could pass a background check. These people have nothing to fall back on and have no other choice in life so they stick with the company and fight for their job by laying down. Somehow they think they're showing the company that they're assets rather than expenses. It may work for the short term but in the long term, the company will have the last laugh. This all makes me think of the government welfare system to take care of the poorly educated and unmotivated who think someone else should take care of them and someone else should do their work. Those who live that life have no real power and have their life dictated by the government; much like the current situation at NS. Mr. #Laydown, I suggest you stick with your mindset and become the new leader of the laydown movement if you're that passionate about what is right by the union. I bet you won't and are the biggest snake of them all that hides in the bushes.
