I hesitated and talked myself out of leaving time and time again, mostly due to fear of change and the unknown. However, I am here to tell you, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I started a completely different career and field (again, scary) while making more hourly on my first day than I did working at Sam’s for nearly two decades.
