Age discrimination is real and they know it. Covered themselves from class action lawsuit by providing “list” but clearly first round targeted majority over 40 just in Commercial & IT! They continue to know folks have NO CHOICE but sign severance docs. It’s like extortion, won’t pay you unless you comply like good minions!
Then they have done horrific job of communicating benefits info. Inspira Financial is an outsourced sh-t show and Benefits Center not much help either. There is also no reason we have to wait for packet in mail when they told us in November we weren’t wanted & they had months! Guess HR lazy and worthless! It’s sad since some can’t wait for paperwork to line up benefits for their families. But ELT doesn’t care about anyone suffering mental health crisis!
It’s more than obvious, Caring by Choice is bullsh-t and FAKE tag line! They are shameless in continuing to plug it! Seeing LI post boasting awards for “caring” is a sick joke and slap in the face to the “surplus” lives they ruined! Company culture is in shambles and hope they circle the drain, are bought out and dissolved! ELT allowed this as feckless spineless cucks bullied by Chevron. Wonder how each of them sleep at night!
