Let's all face reality. Sandy Douglas provides nothing more than lip services to staff in hopes of keeping this sinking ship afloat. My thoughts.... gut the worthless upper management first that do nothing more than conduct worthless meetings daily. Then take a hard look at your loyal hard working staff who maintains business as well as those who bring new business in and motivate the sh– out of them to make as much money as possible. Sandy your management style is not working. Once you finish gutting your sales force are you going to rely the over paid executives to bring the business in? Get rid of your golfing buddies! #CEOISWEAK
