Let's all face reality. Sandy Douglas provides nothing more than lip services to staff in hopes of keeping this sinking ship afloat. My thoughts.... gut the worthless upper management first that do nothing more than conduct worthless meetings daily. Then take a hard look at your loyal hard working staff who maintains business as well as those who bring new business in and motivate the sh– out of them to make as much money as possible. Sandy your management style is not working. Once you finish gutting your sales force are you going to rely the over paid executives to bring the business in? All the info is there, the effects of multi tasking on productivity, the effectivness of e mail marketing vs other media souces,
labor needed to tasks and a dozen other little business scientific truths, and the choice to ingnore those and think the rules dont apply to you is ignorant. The results will be as expected.
