I've noticed a handful of pink slips going out this week. It looks like Fiserv is doing is annual cutting to cover the merit increase.
Disgruntled OFS layoffs?
Maybe leadership will track down all of the disgruntled OFS posters and let them go. The company performance would increase without all that cruft.
Merit Increases?
Anyone hearing from their managers about the promised merit increases in July? I asked a few weeks ago and was told they were still under review. I'm beginning to think they weren't approved and we are getting burnt.

Layoffs in June
What's the deal with June layoffs? Is it happening or not?
Can employee dissatisfaction expressed through surveys change anything?
Cost cutting hurts employees. Late merit, they will even get 2% this year, reduced 401k, reduced stock purchase discount, medical expenses increasing and taking away employee cell phones. How much do you want to bet travel, training and conferences... — read more
FISV stock downgraded to 'hold'
Ouch. It will be interesting to see how HR unpacks this one for us. They will no doubt frantically blast out more "VROOM VROOM! Start your engines!" emails as the company violently implodes and goes up in flames.

Competition overtaking Fiserv?
Does it seem to you that the competition is doing much better things and going much further, while the management at Fiserv does not know what to do with this company? I hope I'm wrong, I would most like Fiserv to be far ahead of all the competition... — read more
Anyone working on any crypto projects? We are a FinTech company.
