I've seen no mention of layoffs on LinkedIn. Nothing in two weeks. With the thousands let go, why is that? Has Fidelity threatened to pull people's compensation packages if they write about layoffs on social media? How sad.

If you’re not impacted by the layoffs, don’t speak up. Leadership doesn’t want to hear it. Just keep your opinions to yourself, support the goals and objectives, and quiet quit if you must. This isn’t a safe space.
