why companies like DC and Accenture keep doing well and we seem to be doing worse and worse? what's wrong?

CSC leadership are total morons. They have gutted our organization, laying off our best leaders. We expect to lose over 200 million dollars of future business thanks to the idiots

Its getting worse day by day. almost every Friday there are layoff in India. to implement new transformation in hierarchy(From 13 to 8 levels) a lot of senior and junior peoples has been fired in recent days and count is on....

The people at my location weren't on the bench --- it was a cost cutting measure where higer paid employees were let go to help the new CEO meet his committment to take $1B of cost ourt of CSC in his first year on the job (3/31/2013).
