Do you guys know what is a typical severance package here at Ballys?

Now comb through org charts. They have more VP's, Directors and Managers then any one company needs. Seems everyone is either a VP, Director or Manager. Some have no employees, who they managing?

Curious what non exec employees got in the layoff package, anyone know?

No prior notice, cold, no information, disorganized...

around 150 ppl were laid off yesterday making upto 10% of the total strength, don't know if they're done with us or they'll be more of it in coming months

150 ppl were laid off in a single day(bally India division). All cases were handled mercilessly!!!

Layoffs were extreme and employees Were lied to. HR is not good kinda creepy

How much severance do we get - let's say I have a mid manager position and I've been with Bally Tech for about 11 years

Couldn't wait to get out of there. I didn't see anything good about Bally taking over SHFL...realized I would not like the culture or people I'd be working with so I got out and thank goodness!!!

I think we have an issue with quality here, let's see what happens a year from now, I am sure we'll go through some kind of downsizing due to Titanic not selling as expected

Were the folks from SHFL entertainment let go?

It's a back stabbing capital of the world. I left last year, I am still recovering from stress. I wish nothing good to this company and the group of very very mean people I had a chance to work with.
