The hit toke most of the shfle employees. They fired good techs and they kept the worst once. Super in our office, old bally super, a guy with no respect and any knowledge. Afraid not to loose his position, he layoffs the guy who was 10 times better than him. No notifications in advance, ruth and unprofessional.
Shame on Bally management!!!! Bunch of disgusting pigs!!!
What do you expect from a company like this!
Work life balance goes for a toss. 8 hours stay is mandatory.
No flexibility at all.
Extreme work pressure. I wonder how people with small kids manage. Money, perhaps(not really).
Some very rude, unprofessional and intimidating managers.
The upper management are all friends or families. Very autocratic.
There is nothing called Human Resources(Inhuman Resources)
Very hierarchical. On an average, for every four associates, there is a lead.
Quality of work Does Not Matter!!!(They don't care about their customers!!!!)
Lots of monitoring. Beware! You are being watched !!! Every swipe in and swipe out is monitored.
No process is followed. NOBODY has total freedom of speech. If you do talk too much you get layoff in the next round.
pathetic way to handle...personal scores are being settled and lots of political reasons for one to get laid off..
