Do you guys know what is a typical severance package here at Ballys?

It was $2,000 for each year of service (5 yrs. x $2,000 = $10,000), plus any vacation/sick time you have on the books. To receive the severance money you must sign a Release that says you won't sue them for any type of discrimination. But they don't give it to you in one lump sum. They pay you every other week, like a paycheck, over an 8-week period. This was for the June 27, 2014 group. All this might be different by now. Good luck all of you for the June 2015 fiscal year cuts. Hope it won't be as bad.
3 months salary as advance. No terminations. They were provided relieving letter as if they resigned on same day.
