With people leaving left and right, instability is the word of the day. The current regime appears to be intent on staying the course in spite of certain failure. Time to find a safe port in the coming storm.

Looks like we lost a few more roles over the summer. Campus looks a little bit shabbier. Attitudes are glum. Where's the truth from leadership? How much more belt-tightening?

Financial problems are common here but this time around it's more concerning given leadership's weakness, inexperience and lack of vision. Perhaps things will turn around in a few years once a new group replaces the current bunch.
