With Spongebob going to VOD, are there layoffs looming?

Bob mentioned at the Credit Suisse talk that ViaCBS exceeded the target for cost savings in 2020. Does that mean layoffs are over for the year at least? Doesn't mean we're in the clear next year at all.

Please cut staff at HR, they have so many of them at Studio Center it's a big joke and they don't do anything in the first place either other than shuffling papers around. If you are going to cut anyone cut them first.
