Total 600 were layed off. Almost all were outsourced to Infosys (Indian company). 150 were cut in the head quarters alone. NO its not just archivists. Entire IT departments were cut and given to Infosys. Next round is coming soon..

I think senior level management who brought transformations should be fired first. It create lot of duplicate roles. People were happy in old model.

Many projects have gone to Infosys under MSP model ( eDW/.com projects)..The BA under these areas lost jobs in INDIA..so this hatredness

One of Target Director had informed his team that this is only wave 1 lay off. Wave 2 also might happen. Director did not mention the time of Wave 2 lay off.
