The new Org Structure is expected by end of this month

Some directors have said "moving to Target.com kind of model was one of the option" . We know what happened there.

Some Directors have openly said that move to Target.com model in Target India was one of the Optimize model option..while there were other options being discussed .So we know what happened to Target.com

I don't mind the post from TTS ENG. At least he or she called it out as rumor only. My annoyance is with those who speak with absolute certainty, and are really just speculating.

Optimize business model , definitely lay off will also be part of optimization. That is nothing but a fancy way of packaging that. Those fools who still believe that there is no layoff, all the best to them.

Heard from my Manager that TTS has something called as "optimize operation model" as some TTS strategy for 2014 which maps to some Target Business goals

He never mentioned anything on Layoff but mentioned on TTS business goals mapping to Strategy for 2014 will be shared in few weeks.
