There was so much hype about Exxon at woodlands. Prices of homes skyrocketed and Houston, Sugar land homes appreciated a lot. Now people are worried about oil prices, job loss and mortgages. Is it time to sell home and be safe?

Texas has a bright future, much more so than Virginia. And no state income tax.

What does that suppose to mean "your still in Texas"?
what will be really bad is they move people down from Virginia and lay some of them off within a year. Hopefully there will some foresight by management and that won't happen to anyone.
Be safe in Houston, Woodlands, or Spring? You realize you will still be in Texas?
