Target plans to close at least 50 underperforming stores in the US end of February. Combined with job losses at Target ISM and Marketing in MPls, the job total will be at least 1,000.

Curious to know what other HQ areas will be hit with job cuts anyone know?
It is 1,000 total job cuts, including HQ and store closings. Target is NOT counting part-timers at stores in job cuts, due to Federal Regulations. So final job cuts will be even more.
Outside of ISM and Marketing what other HQ areas will have cuts? Will HQ Store Operations be reduced? 1000 job cuts just at HQ or 1000 job cuts including HQ and the closing stores?
No list of stores has been published yet. That will happen next week. At least 5 in Minnesota, though.
