I just got out of a meeting and the entire 7th floor at TP3 in downtown MPLS was just outsourced to India.

This is TTS. As always, poor leadership not enabling teams to achieve results, an excess of expensive resources that clock in at 9:30, take lunch from 11:30 to 2 and clock out at 3. Target has been bleeding money in TTS for ages. The worst is that they bring Deloitte or Accenture with another batch of $300/hr consultants to try to fix it. There is no knowledgeable leadership in TTS (maybe 2-3 exceptions in the entire company). You think Target India is better? Their turnover is the worst and their productivity is rock bottom. They need to overhaul the entire Technology model because at this point and rate, it is suicidal to work there.
