Once we acquired Wilson, many layers of management and oversight were created with no real reason. Now, with so many bosses all of us have to play political games instead of focusing on work. Also, with so many supervisory and management positions it’s much harder to get promoted as new positions in management will not be created any time soon. On top of this, we will have layoffs for sure which will make it harder to work as we’ll have less resources and some amount of work to finish.

Wilson hasn't been part of the company for 7 months now. How can any part of the current situation be blamed on that acquisition. they were only part of the company for a year before the spinoff was announced
