We all know minorities (excluding Asians and Indian) are less likely to go to college and even smaller chance they will get an advanced degree, ie engineering, geologist, math etc. This comming from a guy that joined minority groups to meet other minority girls. Selection was small and they seemed ghetto (lol).

False CHK do not promote fairly and only hire blacks that are exceptional in their career and black are rarely promoted. How many blacks even work for Chesapeake? How many blacks supervisor CHK have.The proof is in the pudding or from a corporate stand point the proof is in black in white.Facts or Facts.
