IT'S LIKE WORKING AT WAL-MART. TO MANY CHIEFS AND NOT ENOUGH INDIANS. AND CHIEFS DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT THERE JOB IS...

absolutely not, they are poorly equipped and refuse to get you the things you need to be successful. In an investors eyes they are a poor investment, to an employee they expect you to part the red sea without a staff, I am glad I am not a manager. They hire people with little to no experience and expect them to achieve greatness with little to no training and tooling or fixtures. The biggest problem I see is closed mindedness, machining is not a fly by the seat of your pants experience, especially when jobs are on the line. it's really jacked up that the management never looked at job performances like cleanliness, paperwork, tardiness, absences, or thoroughness and attention to details before when times were good. A real good sign of what's truly wrong with Weatherford International.

I learned that you can be thrown away into junk like an old pair of socks after 22 years of service, zero disciplinary actions and all sacrifices you've done for your employer. What was I thinking???

Come to work, clock in, work, do not care, nobody cares, lunch, repeat, check out. 7 years of this. They pay me, I like that.

I had to learn the hard way that being honest in Weatherford can be a dangerous thing.

Has anyone seen any upper level management at they're shop or office since the layoffs started? Answer neither have i. Has anyone heard from them?. Neither have i. Typical of the weatherford way wouldn't you say. Hiding out while they have they're cronies do the dirty work. But you can bet they are not taking any paycuts. Aren't they the ones who call all the shots, they should pay the price for all the lousy decisions. Thanks Bernie for nothing.

I work in IT, there is a lot of back stabbing, so be careful there. It takes forever to do some things here, there is a lot of red tape

You will never see upper management. Your bonus will be substandard. Make sure you negotiate good compensation prior to coming in, it's too late after that.

My boss was clueless. Not enough training. Barely saw upper management. Not rewarding work.

My boss was clueless and I did not do much. I was laid off after 9 months in April 2014. I saw it coming. It was not bad, the expectations were low
