Every funnier how you think that what we had with AKM before this was a fair system!?! LOL. That system of compensation was all about how far your nose was up his ass.... Yep. I will take the new CHK over the old CHK any day of the week.

funny that you think supervisors playing favorites when handing out reviews and bonuses "works". obviously the only thing that works is driving decent people away from the company while keeping those who have no problem clawing at each other and kissing up to supervisors in order to get a bonus. But, hey, if that's what you think "works", more power to ya.

lol. the only people seeing a 200% bonus will be the butt kissers. At least under AKM, employees were rewarded based on how well they performed their work. Under the new scheme, a supervisor can make up any excuse they want to give any rating they want. For years, I received excellent reviews because I worked hard and was productive. Under a different supervisor in the new scheme, I was given a below expectation on my first review and it had nothing to do with my work product or ethic and everything to do with who was making the decisions. Exactly how is that system any more fair or equitable than the old one? In that moment I realized it was time to move on. I gave a lot of my time and effort and good, hard work to the company but because my new supervisors didn't like me personally, they took it out on me at review time. What a joke.

Also heard that Carl Ichon is so pleased with the new direction of the company that he is personally donating from his CHK earnings and giving every employee a $10k bonus.
It's going to be paid out in rupees.
