Confirmed layoffs in Fort Worth on Friday..Weatherford has decided to lay off most or all of their inventory management team in their Fort Worth manufacturing plant. What a joke..how can you expect to sell any inventory and free up some cash if you fire the people that manage it effectively? In my opinion, Weatherford will be bankrupt by the end of 2015. Poor management, poor strategic planning...

Company with Big Potential, but unfortunately lacking leadership vision, motivation of the employee, current incompetent management who has no clue about managing people, motivating people. If this culture and the nature of day to day business will not change this company will never see the light through the tunnel. Reputation within the market is getting low day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year....
