You know what makes me angry and bitter? That our bonuses won't be as "fat" as they used to be. I work in management. And, yes, I would buy a new car with my bonus every year. But this year I won't be able to afford that Tesla I've had my eyes on. You guys NEED to work harder. I want that Tesla next year!
You are wrong. I care....a lot. It makes me angry and bitter. My benefits have been slashed so you can get a nice fat bonus.
those of us in senior mangt. will do well with our bonus program but you most likely don't care.
62800 is on the same meds as 62615.
62412- You've already lost your job. It isn't the same job for the same pay as it was just 3 years ago. More is expected from you and it's very likely less is given to you. You have the same place to labor, but your job has changed. Your job was taken and you received a work place that has become mean.
Sales target are less than last year and profit is way up (amazing what laying off a couple of thousand employees will do for the bottom line)
What is 62615 on? Is this statement just to throw the spot light off stores sales from FHEG are still tanking? So the company's mission statement does a 360 from originally published and continues down the path initiated three years ago where division of departments is a literal statement, key word division. Good job folks.
No surprise about FSS. We had record profits last year so they bumped the expectations way up. Then after they published the numbers, they sent out a message that those were just preliminary and increased them another 25%. They wanted to make sure that there was no chance that we would meet our numbers. That way, we could get punished 2 years in a row for making them tons of money. Thanks Follett family.
It's going to be 50% @ best -- FSS dragging everything down right now.
They have promised it at every town hall meeting. ML and CFO said we surpassed bonus gates at the end of November.
I am happy to keep my job
