Today HR made the trip for layoffs. Bradford wireline laid off two experienced engineers (that were fairly good at their job) and an operator who was actually a lazy piece of hot trash. It sucks about the two engineers, but the operator is no major loss. You'd get more work out of out of a three legged donkey than that guy

I never understood why women would want to get in this field. They walk around in there skin tight jeans and asses out, then get mad when someone looks at. Yeah no crap u work with a bunch of dudes of course they are gonna look don't get mad about it. Dudes are no better when it comes to cheating but there is no place for a woman in the oilfield. They need to stick to what they know like cleaning, birthing and making me a sammich
they should fire the cased hole operator who is banging his engineer even though he has a wife and kids. it's gross just being around those 2.
Truth be told I don't know how the guy did so long with the company. I understand his work ethic wasn't the greatest but if I had to put up with so much uncertainty and BS there is no way I'd make it that long and my work ethics would go down the toilet. That shop is just all sorts of screwed up, there is zero communication and you're always jumping out of your ass. I hope he finds a good job and soon, no one deserves the bullshit we have to deal with here. It sucks dealing with spoon fed kids all the time
