What's a typical severance package?

You'll get one payment equivalent to one week of pay for each completely served six months, this will be based on most recent date of hire. The minimum will be two weeks and up to a maximum of 26 weeks. Also, you will get 6 months transition for medical coverage. I am not sure if this changes with seniority though.
