The word on the grapevine is 30 to 50% of property development is out. New small store don't require much more then design build to complete. Most hurt will come to engineers as their actual effort in construction is minimal and much harder to justify.

I am looking for a couple of engineers as I know more then a few are nervous over at Nicollet. Rest assured those with extensive non-Target experience are sure to find work. Those with extensive Target experience and little else will have a difficult time finding employment.
