Hopefully Brian is reading these since the company is blocking the website from HQ. The new mantra is getting back to the way Target used to be, guest first. Unfortunately there are not enough talented leaders left that know what that means, or care for that matter. The morale at HQ is horrible. We got there by moving under performing team members to support areas, and promoting within multiple areas based on perceived potential versus performance. We ignore the annual survey unless it is used to fire a leader, or it supports the work harder for less pay message that is also being delivered. I truly hope it can be turned around because there are many team members who have dedicated their careers to Target, but unless we review how we got to our current state, we are doomed to repeat or build on our existing mistakes.

Do you really think anyone in C-level positions would care enough to read this site or any one like it? They already get all the anonymous feedback they could want every year via the survey, yet nothing ever gets done about it.
You are a fool if you are accessing this on any company provided laptops or WiFi connections. They will have a log of who was here when.
Same here, Target IP, Target location, Target laptop, they do not care. They cannot stop it, the moment they block it, everyone switches to phones, tablets, proxies, VPM connections, RDP connections, how do you stop it? They are doing a good job by leaving open, you really cannot stop it if people want to talk they will talk.
The site is not blocked at HQ. I'm reading and posting this from HQ right now, using an HQ laptop. We can all read it just fine!
Just an FYI - the site is blocked in the HQ but most people are accessing it via mobile phones, works fine if not better.
