I could hear that some Org change is being planned to be announced in Jan but nothing is coming as of now. Merger of PMCOE/SD with Build. There will be lots of PG15/16/17 Team members who will not have work due to duplicate roles being removed.

Bob is out now, all options are on the table. I foresee massive cuts across multiple pyramids in the coming month.

The CIO,Bob, absolutely hated the transition of support to TCS. So I can guarantee he won't be Farming out any more roles to 3rd party.
