Target is reaching the 1yr anniversary of layoffs and fiscal year end... Anyone hearing any chatter or rumors about another HQ (or dept specific) layoff?

The layoffs happened 1/22/14 not 1/15
One year anniversary was 1/15 (yesterday). I only remember that because I was one of them. Severance was good, including benefits. Looking back I'm glad it happened. I wasn't happy there & probably never would have been. If more layoffs happen, it'll be in the next 2 weeks. Good luck.
Being laid off from Target = great severance, getting the opportunity to work for leaders who don't just look good in a suit (now jeans and a douchey plaid shirt of some kind) and/or are a complete airhead with a smile who are too glib to know they are awful at that jobs, that incredibly horrible and stupid decisions are being made, make every employee who actually knows what is going on and want to do great work miserable. Plus if you don't suck you will likely get a raise elsewhere. Don't get to wear jeans every day though.
You also have to get used to not having 260 sick days a year
