Something is up with DS. Seriously, he's in an absolute seething DS rage and keeps sneaking out with his phone. All kinds of mysterious activity around him today. Anyone who checks this board out in on the scoop? Is it too much to hope that he's on his way out? Wow, I feel like I should micro some popcorn for this shit!

Ds is quite honestly the biggest loser I have ever worked with. He's like a character in a bad sitcom, knowing absolutely nothing about financial aid but strutting around looking pissed off and yelling at people randomly. Where the hell did they even get that guy? The "Manager Rejects For Less Warehouse"? What a tool!
So what? DS has some sort of hissy fit at least twice a week. The boys club will hover around, stroking his ego until Wittle Davy feels all better. Then they'll all go watch porn in his office and pretend they're straight. It's f***ing pathetic!
Maybe Socle will be lucky enough for DS to get a job offer from some other sucker and leave. Let's hope we get an early Christmas present. LOL

53460: I'm 53448. They may have been let go for all I know. As I've told you, we've been kept in the dark about just about everything since this train wreck started in May. Until very recently, we were told to ignore the news, and that any sales or teach-outs would not involve us at all. They actually tried to tell us that we were a different company and had major, major universities that were just begging us to process their aid for them. Sometimes I even wonder if they were lying or just delusional.

53445: I think we're at around 200 employees now, with some in Tampa, some in COS, and some in Santa Ana. We also have some sales reps in different places. We're pretty big. We prob also check out this board more, because communications from higher ups are basically non-existent at Socle. We get pep talks, but no info. We're treated like 5-year-olds.
Why do Socle-related posts always get so many views? We're a company of around 1200 employees and I was under the impression that Socle was just 30-40 people who process aid. Just how many of you are there?
I haven't seen DS mentioned before (I assume you mean VP DS since there are a couple others with those initials). I googled "thelayoff.com" "CCI" "DS" and there are a lot of mentions of him! I thought I was the only one who truly hated him, but I guess everyone just pretends they like him. I do, too, you can be sure. That crazy MF is not one to mess with, especially with KD always buzzing around him with love in her eyes!
