Do you think they will meet with us and get our opinion on our management currently? I know our President and Dean are making the move as well even though they do stuff the "Corinthian way" which by that I mean "shady". I have been with Corinthian a while now and am sick of the bullying by our Dean. We All would like to see him go at our campus.

Oh, wow. Those letters of intent were awesome. I feel so much better! I didn't have to fill out a survey or talk to anyone.
OP, the answer to your question depends on the definition of "substantially all".
248: Unsolicited and anonymous letters WILL be welcome if they cite verifyable actions from management. ECMC is NOT going to ignore evidence that they are acquiring employees that put them at legal risk. So, for those of you eager to fill ECMC in: (1) don't "bitch" in your communications, phrase them in a way that would be significant to a business ("regulatory exposure", "risk of state or civil action", "outside of industry norms"), and (2) be very specific when you list actions and who committed them. They will need to be able to pull people in and see if they can get corroboration. They do NOT want to keep individuals who put their business at risk.
53336: Wow, I'm not sure what to say...you're not even really trying when you troll, are you? At least learn something about what's going on before you make up your bizarre little characters. Argosy...EDMC...Yeesh!
PS. They could care less about what you think about management. Most of the management here doesn't know what they are doing. Buddy system... Your in for a rough awakening if edmc is your white knight
Hey! EDMC employee here... Good luck with that, the treat their employees like shit. Sorry.
Why would ECMC meet with employees? I don't think they look forward to bitching sessions. If your President and your Dean are doing shady stuff you have an avenue to report their actions. Otherwise get to teaching and stop bitching.
Mostly ECMC does not care what we think of management. They want to keep it like it is until they can assess results. This is why current management is scrambling to put stuff in place that will make them look effective. The rest of stuff how they treat us no one cares about.
ECMC doesn't care about your opinion. They KNOW what they bought, that's why they paid near nothing for it. I'd be more concerned abou the upcoming layoffs.
In reading posts on this site for months, it seems that most people ASSUME that ECMC is going to be this "white knight" and rid CCI of all its sins. I doubt very seriously that ECMC is going to reach out to us individually or through a company wide survey on what we think of management. If you are so inclined to discuss your management to ECMC, it would be much better to identify yourself. Unsolicited and anonymous letters "bitching" about management will not be effective.
It was nice for corporate to send out a memo on behalf of ECMC welcoming your concerns. Maybe reply to the email about a direct line of communication. Good luck getting a response from it
An anonymous survey sounds nice, but wouldn't give them the information they need. Those of us who've managed to avoid pissing people off know that our CCi surveys are far from anonymous. Who wrote what is openly discussed among managers. Most of us will assume the same thing about ECMC and say that everything is fine to avoid appearing disgruntled. ECMC needs to show a commitment to gaining our input and acting on it. Then they'll get the info they need to base changes on. In the meatime, I have my first draft of an anonymous letter detailing our overall work environment and detailing specific misdeeds by many of our managers. That's how I'm going to communicate with them.
