Dr.M is one of the best people QCT has. The issue is with middle management. As there are so many directors/VPs/managers that everyone is worried about their next promotion. If he can be a "director" why cant I be...so the plan is how to do stuff which will make the appraisals better.... it is about visibility and managing up. How to get the next promotion..... it is real "house of cards" going on in the middle management
Dr. M is very solid.. He is the one keeping things going. On the other hand, CEO and President ... Sigh..
This is ridiculous. Engineering wise, Dr.M is solid whatever your personal opinion of him. He is an unforgiving taskmaster, but you cannot begrudge his competency.
