I am a customer, not sure who can help me here but please let me know: Why is Target's website so slow? I called customer support, they are playing stupid, it's like do you have a fast connection (I have a fast internet cable connection), do you have a fast computer (I have a brand new PC). Anyone here knows why?

Why is it slow? I'd say they have a very poor infrastructure (e.g., servers that allow many users to connect), also if they have a lot of customers visiting that may cause things to be slow, if it's poorly engineered that can affect speed, also, you might be the problem - for example if your computer is slow or if your network connection is slow then Target's site might look small on your computer.
Because it is so full of hackers since we dropped all our IT Security. Shop online at your own risk fools!
