I been hearing rumors that temps will be driving equipment after fall seasons, has any other dc heard about this, our dc is loaded with temp workers.

we have heard these rumors too and it probably will be temps running equipment. I dont know about others experiances with temps but our d.c has had a lot of skechy temps.. We've had fights arguments and just a crappy dealing with a lot of them .. Our bosses are only saying we are not gonna like the changes come january
Something is brewing I believe, we are now training temp leads on RC's now. WTF.
Not sure about driving equipment but at my dc they are urging full time team members to train temps on the art lines and symbols. it's only a matter of time
I have only heard of seasonals (not temps) driving OP's for carton-air during fall season.
