Oh, but they are. Looking for a stock tip: manufacturers of flip flops and prison scrubs.
Lied to prospective students? Stop it! President leaves after 1 year for trying to incorporate background checks, which fell on deaf ears? Stop it! Career Services Director left and the actual placement numbers were worse than reported? Stop it! Milwaukee grew to 1600 students in that short period of time, sounds like DeKalb/Decatur that grew at a similarly alarming rate in a closed down Wal-Mart....both shut down? Stop it! These allegations cannot be true!
Maybe so, but perhaps the more states follow suit, (pun intended) the harder it will be for Corinthian to wiggle out of legal consequences.
That's like suing AMC for selling crappy cars. Obvious slam-dunk case, but a little late.
