Or will the layoff announcements be staggered over weeks? I mean if we don't hear anything from our management over the next couple of weeks, should we assume we are safe? Can I wish friends and family a "happy" new year..hmmm..have to think about it.

THE Statement of the week: "Concern for its employees is a defunct concept."
A script that has been written is waiting to get executed. Possibly only CEO and the board knows which department and how many in total. It is one day at a time from here.
