So I hear that layoffs might be coming on the 10th. I also hear that it will be a substantial amount. Anyone else hear this?

No way are they done. You don't get to 235 million in synergies getting rid of a handful of people. I think the big cuts are coming after Christmas.
Shit was just let go, was offered severance package. Viewed 8 sheets (80 per page) people being terminated or "Reduction in Force", per HR. Dated Dec 12. More to come :) .....
Chicago told over for now...next year they will revisit profits.
Of course the useless management is sticking around, they are all an ass kiss boys club.. They are just going to hire a new round of slaves, make them work forced nights and weekends, while the management gets raises and bonus, slaves get nothing, and then management f***s up again, causing another layoff, so they fire the slaves, management keeps their jobs, and the cycle repeats.
It looks like all the overpaid VP's, Directors and Managers who have no reports are sticking around. Same shit, different day. Things will never change at Bally.
I believe it's just today, for the remainder of the year. Next year is a different story!

I see all sorts of people in different positions in all sorts of depts being let go...so it's not just a single dept targeted or managers and above. They are hitting anything and everything!

Good luck getting laid off "with respect" today. I'm hoping that the bad will go and the good will stay, but it's always the opposite. At least if you get let go you won't have to deal with the terrible middle and upper management who have no idea what they are doing.
