They claimed they didn't know which locations were being looked at.

Probably going to get a Christmas gift from hell! February boys, February! Look out Tampa! Ho,ho, ho!
Well at least the other supervisor cares about his drivers and keeps running routes as well as circles around the "idiot" one. We all appreciate the fact that he shows respect, understanding and compassion towards us!
A little "birdie" says that Tampa will announce or close by Feb. 20th! One idiot supervisor keeps telling his favorite drivers that they can't go third party because the volume of packages is too much for a courier to handle. Really? Keep reading your emails and reporting to work late and blowing the fat man as well as taking three day weekends fool! You'll see!!!
For any driver's still in open Sdo err on the. Side of caution that you may be in the same situation. At the sdo/sales office that I work at the driver's were given about 8 weeks notice of their pending layoff. Most of them have a new job others are still looking and are on their severance and unemployment benefits. Good luck to all potentially facing this...I pray for all of you
Unfortunately guys they are all closing... 2 waves.. Feb 2015 and March 2015. No one will be spared. It's all going 3rd party courier because they believe it is better to contract than have buildings and health care to pay. They don't care about service at all.
It's why no new scanners, trucks anything........ you can hear the whispers on the 5th floor
Of course they will wait until after peak in january to announce more sdo closings.
Can't wait for them all just to shut down. And end the madness.
As announced earlier in the year, all locations were being looked at. The ones closed first were probably ones where the analysis was easy, so chances are every sdo left is still up for evaluation. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
Anyone knows which locations?
