You are a jerk and an idiot if you don't like Rob. I've worked in other call centers, and he's far better than any other bosses I had. Yes, I hate the job. But I like Rob.

Rob is okay. It's Utah ownership that sucks.
I think he does well with what he has and genuinely cares but the company is run like a joke from the very top.
