Doesn't this company believe in promoting from within? How many outsiders can they bring in? Sears, Kmart, Office Max, what failed company will be next? Any of these high paying jobs outsiders have been given been posted for internal candidates to apply?

They do. One Kmart lady was hired by finance and then immediately promoted to chief of staff for GT.

Promotion from within is a priority when a qualified candidate is identified. Management has made it clear that none of us know what we're doing. We're treated with contempt. We're fired. Our executives are replaced with outside "talent". Can they make it more clear! They think the people who drove great results when management put together decent plans and acceptable tools are the weak link in the chain. Part time employees are more capable of serving customers than any other type of employee. Each and every associate (is more worthless than the last).
No, No and No. They are not interested in any internal Follett employees. They would rather higher KMart with a demonstrable record of leading.
Follett family should be worried about the company.
