Today 2 departments at the NSC were given their 60 day notices. With the threat of the FTC not approving the deal USF needs to recoop their financial losses. These will come in the way of layoffs. Happy Holidays

Debt is crushing this company. If this doesn't go thru than one of two things will happen: bankruptcy or major restructuring meaning more consolidation of DC's.
Wasn't Sysco supposed to pay US Foods somewhere in the $50+ million as restitution in the event that the merger (really an acquisition) doesn't happen?
