The mafias are still employed. I hope they remain there, so they don't have to work somewhere else and infect other work places. Hopefully those fired get in power somewhere else fast, and deny employment later to those who treated them badly.

Neither. I'm white, but telling my nationality would narrow it to much and I want to remain anonymous. Although in the past 3 rows of getting people fired, most of my indian, korean, south American and european friends where fired. They keep Canadians and born in the USA employees, even if those minorities have been living in la for more than a decade.
