I have worked at Strategic for three years, and only just heard about this site. I would call it entertainment, and NOTHING ELSE. Get a life.
When I'm at work and hear folks talking about something they posted on this site, it is always someone that truthfully just sucks at the job. None of the people that are really good actually complain here. My advice? Don't suck at your job and you won't worry or complain as much, and if you hate it so much, then leave.
These posts don't make me nervous. Today's pep talk did.
I think our bosses are pretty open for the most part. They're like us, just trying to make a living. The real horse crap, as you call it, is the idiotic postings on this site.
So quit. How hard is it?
