JPMC is more concerned with political correctness than in running a business. The majority of people that were laid off in Tampa were white, middle aged, American born males. In recent years, JPMC has made front page news because of security breaches in its UCard platform. This platform consisted of EBT, HSA, Child Support and Unemployment Products. Each of these products are HIGHLY regulated by the United States government and it's agencies, yet the majority of project, product, architectural, development and testing leads were foreign nationals from Mumbai, Pune and Chenai through Cognizant Corporation, who maintains a headquarters on Highland Manor Drive in Tampa - within walking distance of the JPMC east Tampa campus.
I'm for giving everyone an opportunity, but where the hell was the Risk Analyis in building these teams? In the last year JPMC lost potential UCard client states in Ohio, Texas and Montana. God forbid I would indicate the reason why, lest I be labelled as intolerant.
The Social Experiment has failed. Time to regroup, rethink and restrategize--even if that means offending the politically correct!
What London groups are being nailed, spent most of 2012 over there, being arrogant is a plus in that messed up culture
