B&N is no better. Not at all.
Independent is the way to go.
BN is being very aggressive. That is bad news for both as the rents will rise quickly. ML and Don G can't afford to lose contracts as the sales decline will spell a repeat of prior years and likely action by the family. The only differentiators in leasing is the rent. Leasors are commodities as well as all the products we sell.
