IT idiots costing us money in intro

Does management even care about single moms? I didn't drive to work today to make less than a McDonalds employee per hour. It is total BS the I.T. department can't keep their crap running so we can make phone calls and I am forced to take a $5 an hour pay cut and be forced to minimum wage. Management don't care about us. We are just there pee ons. It may be time to talk about unionizing. I can barely survive and feed my kid. The nickel amd dimeing us every chance they get is taking its toll.

When I worked there my first paycheck shocked me that they lowered us to minimum wage whenever we weren't on the phones. They didn't tell us that in the interview and hiring process. That was very deceptive. I also found it rather ironic that our scripts often mentioned entitlements and unions when I had to have food stamps to feed my kids, and that it was companies like this with their petty wages and policies that lead people to unionize. Eau Claire closing got me off my butt, and things are much better.

Shame on Strategic Fundraising. Minimum wage isn't livable wage. Forcing people to minimum wage like they do is deceptive and drives down those big wages they claim they pay.
