Just when you think that Target could not make a more stupid decision, they go and eliminate their logistics tech's positions and cut security and turn them into nothing more than dispatchers. Target ripped the logistics tech jobs out of DC communities and sent the jobs to HQ. Really smart move Target way to piss off every DC you have. If they are smart they will unionize like 3802 has been trying to do for over a year. I think you have finally pissed off enough people to say F*** TARGET, HELLO UNION!

"Nothing more than dispatchers ", you obviously have no clue as to what a Target dispatcher's daily functions and responsibilities were. That's OK, obviously Target doesn't either ..lol
3802 came close last year to passing the union. Target brought in high level HR execs at the last minute, and foiled the attempt. Now is the time to try again, as nobody feels their job is safe.
I am with you 1000% - this is ridiculous and we do need to unionize
